To illuminate my clients business growth paths and to provide advice and support to more small business owners and roadshow the Illuminate 2012 program and Passionately Influencing workshops across NSW and maybe even nationally.
In my personal life:
Get more work/life balance and stop feeling like I should be working all the time and to go speed dating! Which I did last week! And so far I have not worked a weekend this year – so far, so promising – ask me again in 6 months!
 
Greatest business compliment you’ve ever received
The repeat business and referrals I have had from all of my clients so far is compliment enough most of the time! Just before Christmas a client told me I was the best mentor he’d ever had as well as him winning his biggest contract to date following he and I working together. And being told in my first mentoring role at age 24 by a 16 year old girl that they wanted to be a successful businesswomen like me when they grew up !
 
Your most important motivators
Need to succeed and to be the best I can be to help my clients grow their businesses – you can’t be a credible business advisor if you don’t strive every day to succeed in business yourself. And my niece and nephew, I need to pay for those trips to visit them in the US!
